  1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
  2. Yes. TenRensTea.com uses the latest encryption technology ( Secure Socket Layer 128-bit key) to keep your information safe. Only Ten Ren's Tea can decode your encrypted information. Plus, this encrypted data is stored on a protected server until your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged.

  3. What are your exchange rates?
  4. To check the exchange rate, please click here to convert from US dollars to another currency.

  5. Will I receive a receipt after ordering?
  6. Yes. An official receipt will arrive with the ordered item. You will also receive an email confirmation by email, which can be kept for your records.

  7. What are my payment options?
  8. You can pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card issued from both Canadian and American financial institutions. Please note that all advertised prices are in United State Dollars (USD).

  9. What are my shipping options?
  10. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered. For the most recent shipping rates information click here.

  11. Shipping is available to which countries?
  12. Shipping is available to the United States and Canada. For international customers, shipping is only available to selected countries.

  13. If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
    Items should arrive within 7 days of ordering, but please allow up to two weeks for international orders.

  14. Can I ship to a PO box address?
  15. Yes, you can. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please remember to include a physical street address and highway number with your order.

  16. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
  17. To cancel an order, please send an email to sales@tenrenstea.com within 12 hours. Be sure to include your: 1) Order Number 2) Account Username 3) and list the product you wish to cancel. It is not possible to cancel orders that have already shipped.

  18. How do I exchange or return a product I bought online?
  19. We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on most items purchased online, up to 30 days after your order. Please note that you need to return the product via postage along with your receipt and shipping slip.

  20. If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
  21. Once the product is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
