Whether you're a new customer placing your first order or a returning customer, we want to make sure that ordering at TenRensTea.com is as easy as possible.
1. How to Place Your First Order
First, you will need to create an account. Please be sure to fill in your billing and shipping information.
2. Finding Items
You can then browse or search for items you would like to order. When you find an item of interest, click on its title link. You'll be taken to that item's information page. On the information page, you'll see a detailed description of that item.
3. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you wish to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button to add that item to your Shopping Cart. Once it is added to your shopping cart, click the "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
4. Checkout
When you're ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" link located at the top right on every page. Take a moment to review or modify items within your shopping cart and when satisfied, click the "Confirm Order" button, then click "Submit Payment" and complete the secure payment form.
5. Complete Order
After completing the secure payment form, click the "MAKE PAYMENT" button.
Please save your order number when it is displayed. You may login to your account and "View Orders" to see the status of your order. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address.
6. Logout
To protect your account, click the "Logout" link located at the top navigation bar after you have finished your shopping session or if you're leaving your computer unattended.
